The other reviewer here admits that he didn't read the specs on the book, yet he was upset once he got it. Doesn't really make sense to me. I found the book to be very informative and useful for wood-fired oven cooking. I've cooked several times in my oven for family and friends using the recipes, and everybody has left the house satisfied. The DVD is a nice bonus, the narrator seems like a cool guy. But the recipes are what make this book worth the money.
